Although we are a non-profit organization that operates under the oversight of a National Board and the leadership of a North American Team, 3DM functions primarily as a decentralized movement dispersed across North America in a number of Hubs. Each 3DM Hub is centered in a particular city working with churches and organizations across the surrounding area. Hub Teams are comprised of men and women in that area who have been certified by 3DMovements to train and equip leaders in our tools for missional discipleship.
