WHO ARE WE?
There’s something special happening in New England. From urban spaces to town and country New England, God is moving across the region! Yes, it’s still true the latest Barna Research indicated 6 of the top ten most pos-Christian cities are here in New England. Yes, we see empty church buildings being remodeled into single family homes or museums or art studios. Yes, we all feel the discipleship crisis we’re in, and the political polarization that is…revealing.
And yet…
God is up to something. The Spirit is moving. There’s a hunger to pursue the Way of Jesus. There’s a desire to see our families, neighborhoods, towns and cities transformed by the power of the gospel lived out in authentic ways. The 3DM Northeast Hub team is a collective of missional practitioners who are committed to a lifestyle of discipleship and missionary living that overflows into how we live and lead.
TRAINING:
We are training church and ministry teams how to create a culture in their context that produces missionary disciples that multiply. Large churches, small churches, urban churches, rural churches, micro-churches, campus ministries, denominations - this is for you. Led by practitioners who have done this in multiple contexts!
NETWORK:
We have a network of leaders across the region putting Jesus-Shaped discipleship into practice with common language and tools.
COACHING:
We come alongside pastors and leaders to help them build a Jesus-Shaped life themselves, as well as strategically implement what they are learning about a discipling culture in the context they lead.

What’s on the horizon?
We are intentionally collaborating with other trainers, practitioners, and networks across the region to invest together towards an unbranded Kingdom kind of movement.
We are dreaming about the connection between:
Everyday Mission: unlocking people to live a missional lifestyle
City Ecosystem: collaborating for the mission of the city
Kingdom Economics: new way of funding the mission
We also think God is leading us to do more training with individuals, not just churches. More on that soon!
