Gina Mueller leads the 3DM Hub in the Northeast. She has been a part of the 3DM movement since 2008 and has led in both large church contexts as well as been a part of planting a church, launched and multiplied a movement of missional communities and discipled leaders nationally. She loves coffee, exploring beautiful parts of the country, and eating outside!

BOB ROGNLIEN

Bob is a pastor, speaker, author, teacher, and guide focused on illuminating the ancient Way of Jesus to empower missional disciple-makers. A student of New Testament archaeology, for over thirty years Bob has been taking leaders to the Holy Land for a unique experience of the discipling and missional life of Jesus in his original context. Bob is the author of ten books including the recently published The Most Extraordinary Life. Bob is the Founder and Director of the Footsteps Experience movement and Director of 3DM Middle East and North Africa. Bob and Pam live in Colorado and spend their summers at the family cabin in Montana where Bob writes books. His greatest joy is sharing a missional life with his wife Pam, his grown kids Bobby, Amy, Luke, Taylor, and six grandchildren, with whom he loves to ski, camp, backpack, smoke meat, gather with family and friends, read good books and watch good movies. PAUL MACONOCHIE

Paul Maconochie leads a ministry of the Baptist General Association of Virginia (BGAV) called ‘Uptick’ which trains young Pastors and other Christian leaders in missional and movemental leadership. He also works at Grace Gathering part time and is a member of the 3DM Midwest Hub Board and Leadership Team. Paul and his wife Elly have two adult daughters, Grace and Hannah. They are passionate about seeing a growing movement of discipleship in our culture, with every day people being equipped to live like Jesus.


 

MIKE MCCOY

Mike McCoy is the senior pastor of Vineyard Church, Concord, and the treasurer of 3D Movements. He has been married for forty marvelous years to Mary Anne. They have two wonderful daughters—Becca and Jenny—and five awesome grandchildren. Mike leads the 3DM San Francisco Hub with Art Barrett, Sean Blomquist, and a team of incredible frontier leaders.

CHRIS NORMAN

Chris Norman is the Team leader of Grace Gathering in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and leads the 3DM Hub there. Chris is married to Kathy, and they have four kids. Chris and Kathy are humbled and honored to serve leaders and churches across the midwest region.

JULIE DIRKSE

Julie is a church planter and 3DM hub leader in Los Angeles. She has a passion and love for the overall body of Christ—His Church. She loves to empower the body to know God and hear his voice. She is passionate about revival and encouraging the body to imitate a radical, genuine example of faith through creative worship, passionate prayer and joyful community.

PAT DIRKSE

Pat Dirkse planted City Church of Compton in 2010 and is currently the lead pastor there.  He is married to his wife Julie and has 2 children, Joshua and Anna.  Pat and Julie love to lead together.  Pat leads the Southern California 3DM Hub and is passionate about helping church planters, business leaders and those in urban settings implement discipleship and mission.

GREG GRUNAU

Greg serves as the leader of the 3DM Calgary Hub team and works primarily with churches in western Canada. Greg and Sarah lead together in this endeavor, and Greg also serves as the Pastor of Spiritual Development at Centre Street Church in Calgary, Alberta. They have two young adult children and a cat that loves to participate in Zoom meetings unannounced. They love discovering and exploring the great diversity of people, places and cultures in the world.
