WHO WE ARE

Have you noticed that there’s a holy discontent in the Pacific Northwest for people to live a Jesus shaped life - to love, live, and lead like Jesus. In the midst of a massive cultural earthquake that seems to affect everyone and everything the Spirit is at work, igniting a hunger for healing, freedom, and the good news of Jesus to transform the northwest. God is calling his people to join his movement of multiplying missional disciples who live Jesus shaped lives and lead Jesus shaped communities.

The 3DM San Francisco Hub team is a collective of missional practitioners who are committed to a lifestyle of discipleship and mission. We want to be a Spirit led movement of multiplying disciples who live Jesus shaped lives and lead Jesus shaped communities throughout the Pacific Northwest. We would love to connect with you to begin a relationship with us as guides for your Jesus shaped journey of missional discipleship.

TRAINING

Are you frustrated that many people walk away from your gatherings unmoved and unchanged? You know there is no quick fix but you are still desperate to impact people for Jesus. We will train you in a simple, accessible, integrated discipleship pathway that reflects the way of Jesus and equips both you and those you lead to navigate the way forward.

We equip church leaders, teams, families, and individuals to create a culture in their context that produces Jesus shaped missional disciples that multiply. Whatever your context - a household, a business, a large church, small church, urban church, rural church, micro-church, house church, a campus ministry, a denomination - this is for you. Our guides are practitioners who have done this in multiple contexts!

COACHING

We love coming alongside pastors, leaders, and individuals to help them live a Jesus shaped life and be mentors and guides for their Jesus shaped journey. We want to empower and equip them to strategically implement what they are learning about creating a discipling culture in their context.

NETWORK

We have a network of churches, leaders, and individuals across the region putting Jesus shaped discipleship into practice with common language and tools.

EVENTS
